Does anyone else struggle deeply with self harm and the wish and desire to do it all the time? I can't get away from the thought of it at all and it bothers me because it's getting out of hand

aTo be honest. It does not bother me as much as it should . as For scars, i Do it on places i will Never reveal to anybody . So i do not see the harm (HaHa) In it. To me it is Thrilling & reminds me of what i am on the inside. So it is fine. For the most partSimilar threads
