Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've made a few posts about buying enough crypto to buy SN and last night I did it, I bought enough for SN + bromazolam with some extra to account for market fluctuations but I just can't bring myself to actually place the order for some reason

I filled out an intake form for a local mental health clinic today for the first time, hoping for the best 🤞

The only other time I've seeked help for my mental health was when I was a teenager. I had to lie to my mom to see a doctor and when I got into the room with the doctor, I told them why I was really there. I got a referral to a psychologist followed by a berating from both my mom and my dad telling me there's nothing wrong with me and if something is, it's supposed to "stay in the family."

These reactions + my fear of antidepressant side effects have kept me away from any type of therapy ever since (about eight years) but I feel like I'm at my breaking point. I at least want to try to get some form of professional help before ctb

well-wishes appreciated, it truly took a lot for me to seek help

Best of luck! You're making a brave very brave choice imo. Seeking help is honestly scary, but ofc, things can't better if you don't try! And you're trying like hell by the sounds of it, so you have my respect.

You're brave. Despite your trauma, you did what's uncomfortable, but good for you. It's not selfish to care for yourself. And it's not easy.

Just be careful what you tell them around intent to harm yourself in the future, since you can get involuntarily hospitalized. I think you would be fine if you haven't bought it yet. Depends on where you live too. If you're open to that though, and have insurance (us), and you're actually afraid you might ctb anyday, it wasn't a completely terrible experience for me.

Good luck! I never had the confidence to seek help when I was younger, but I recently started talk therapy and have been finding it helpful. As an adult, I've found it easier because I can enjoy greater levels of confidentiality with my therapist and access it discreetly. Only one person in my life knows I've started therapy and it was entirely my choice to tell them.

Everyone reacts differently but, FWIW, I've found the positive effects of taking antidepressants have outweighed the negatives for me.
