I started a new protocol to heal my leaky gut December 30 and have been seeing very satisfactory results. I was getting to the point of being so ill and my immunity so poor, I couldn't go outside (even in warmer weather) without coming indoors and feeling ill, coughing, sneezing, etc. It was really bad.
By identifying and removing inflammatory foods, and supplementing with collagen and colostrum, I have seen good improvement. I can go for long walks, even out in the cold, without any issue now. I no longer come inside and begin coughing immediately or have frequent bouts of pneumonia as last year. I also managed to clear the majority of a nasty protozoan infection that was invading my nasal mucosa by using a medicinal for three months. My next goal is to complete another treatment protocol and clear an ongoing infection I've been battling for the last couple of years. That and try to lose as much excess weight as possible.
These gains aren't quite as impressive as landing a fancy new job or winning the lotto, but I'm still considering them gains. Just throwing it out there as reminder that progress can take research, time, and tenacity - even when doctors/psychiatrists gaslight you, there may be another solution out there you haven't found yet. The depression is still there and sometimes rages pretty badly, but I'm seeing a little more light in the tunnel.
