@Mogley26 it was other conditions. No I don't remember that they found me I woke up in hospital.
I was suffering so much that I tried it at night in psychiatric ward. I learned to wait for the right moment.

Yes I wouldn't because my friend not to see me so I completely understand this.

Yes I wanted to do it today. But because of weather problems I had to change the plan.
I will do it in some days. As I said I learned to wait for the right moment.

Wow. Yes, the right moment is here for me. I will be alone for over two hours longer. Soon it's my turn. Thank you friend.

Well, I'm going to attempt this from a tree outside tonight. Does anyone have any tips. I just hugged my dad and mom for probably the last time. I never developed a relationship with anyone on here. I have been dead inside for a long time. I'm sorry I never got to know any of you better.
I know how you feel. Wishing you good luck and that you find peace.

Well..I'm still here but closer than before. I have the perfect branch and a week from now I'll have the same chance alone to do it. I will Thursday afternoon too but daytime verses nighttime could matter. It's painful to wait. I need to be patient. Maybe Thursday afternoon will work better. Kids of my area will be at school and not in bed. Hmm. It feels like I'm less likely to be caught at night. So many things to think about. Would one of you just shoot me in the head instead? Thank you for your kindness everyone. I wish us all the best.

I would never normally watch anything violent like this, but I felt that I should make an exception in the spirit of research and preparation.
Horrible, and it certainly hasn't made me more likely to do anything similar. Less likely, probably.
Why can't there be a simple, easy, painless way ?

Someone who hung himself said he felt panic for seconds, then passed out and woke in the hospital. He said it's not as bad as it looks.

Has he used any kind of "double knot"? Could someone tell me what kind of "hanging/knot" he has done exactly?

Thanks.

@Mogley26, I'm sorry you've been having a rough time. I'm glad you're thinking over your options. If this is your decision I want things to go well for you. Journey well

He didn't tell me but the Slipknot is what others have had luck with.

Good to know.
Yes be careful; I may be a coward so maybe this is why, but convulsions scared me and made me try multiple times; I think i may have killed a few to many brain cells this week... maybe im over thinking though.

It's terrible to watch, and it's a terrible way to die. The guy is alive and jiggling for what seems to be endless minutes, touching his neck several times.

Good luck to those who chose this method... :notsure:
I agree, it must have been horrific for him to be conscious in that position for so long.

God...It's disturbing how long the body continues to jolt around after passing out. One thing I'm grateful for is that you don't have to witness all of that when you're the one hanging. There's something very sad about seeing the human body trying and failing to cling to life...Even when it's the body of someone who wants to die.

Yeah, this isn't a fun watch but it's helpful to see it happen. From what I understand unconsciousness comes quick luckily.

Agreed, it does seem to line up closely with the way death by hanging is usually described around here, which, while morbid, is good to know.
