There is a pillar with a sculpture near my parents place showing a man being thrown off a bridge. Apparently theres a legend about the priest who listened to Queen Jadwigas confession, that when he was told to reveal her sins and refused, they bound him and shoved him into the Veltava river.
My town is full of mysteries.

Similar story, I used to live near Gellért's Hill where Saint Gerard was executed by being put in a barrel and rolled down the hillside.
