started yesterday, the night was difficult, and the morning, well...
trying to address and confront some urgent financial, legal problems i have, do cleaning, i have to keep moving without being in a frenzy, i know there is this negative spiral i'm slowly falling into if i don't. Avoid being here too much. Trying to think just about today, the little steps, not tomorrow or the future. Somewhat combative but will this burst last ?
