Dont laugh but today is special because i feel somewhat confident in myself and see some hope for recovery, why? Because I had been smoking less and I hadn't masturbated or watched in porn in a week which I noticed improved my mood significantly! Also im looking to buy and take vitamins daily to improve my overall health while also the same time establish a sense of belonging to this world by being responsible of myself for the end goal of simply living life without drama.
