safest way to sh?

Im just looking for a way to relieve my urges, without causing myself too much irreversible damage. i normally cut but i just want to know the safest area on my body to do that, does anyone have any knowledge?

Not anywhere near veins. Around the arm, veins are more visible/popping. Thighs have more fatty tissue so more safe imo. But yeah it's tricky if going deep. I think any deep scars can be dangerous - not just over hitting a vein/artery but bacteria can easily get inside when protective layers of skin are very damaged

I've ways liked biting the inside of my mouth till there's only a thin layer of skin there's alot to rip off so it keeps me entertained for awhile
