Rue89?

So I'm abit confused. I'm also going by the SN method and I was looking at Rue89 posts after hearing they were successful but they took the SN in may 20th and their last seen was July 8th so if they were successful how could they have last seen their account after their CTB. Just confused or maybe I'm abit dense x
