Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I can't tie knots with this rope without it being so loose because it's so stiff. What do i do now? I can't just buy another rope..is there any way I can soften it? Can i use oil to make it easier to tie knots?

You can try soaking it in water. You can even add a little fabric softener (don't overdo it). You can also try washing it in a washing machine. Apparently people do it with climbing and sailing ropes if you look it up on Reddit and on forums. If you put it in the washing machine, perhaps put it in mesh laundry bag.
Is the core of the rope made of fiber or steel? You can cut a little piece and see what material it is made of inside.
If it has steel inside it would be better if you bought another one. The ones with the interior made of fiber, are more flexible and manageable.
