Think this will help people if you have anyone that's not sure about how to help you. The presenter had their friend and work colleague pass last year and he visits group of guys that have been affected and/or have support networks to help with coping with mental health. It's based around male suicide but think everyone could take something away from it.

Even if you can't watch, the one take away is when you ask if someone is ok and they say 'I'm fine' try asking something like 'but how are you really feeling?' As someone who's asked how I am by all my work colleagues this and knowing that I do the standard 'I'm fine', asking again would really help people.
