• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Would the method of laying down on the street and waiting for a car to do the dirty work be a good idea?

They would drive around you. Chances are very low.

I don't like the idea of bringing a random driver into it like that. I understand desperation, but there should be some limits. Brains are crazy though, I get it.

I've always thought this, no matter how much I want to go I always told myself I wouldn't jump in front of a car or anything, I couldn't put that kind of guilt onto another person

So you don't want to own up to any responsibility? Instead a car could veer off to avoid you and then harm the driver.

I'd guess not reliable.

Odds are you will be seen. They will maneuver. They might crash, that's not cool.

I live in a rural area. I can spot the smallest of animals, even at night. I did come close to hitting a black bear that was sitting in the road once. Even though I came around a blind corner in darkness, I still saw that black bear and managed to stop. I don't think I'm not seeing a human being lying on the road.

What was funny, the bear didn't give two shits. It continued to sit for a few minutes. Then got up, looked back at me, and very slowly hobbled his way into the forest. Meanwhile my heart probably skipped a few dozen beats.
