Yoy can actually deactivate your own account and then reactive it later so that's a possibility. I didn't see anything that solicited a ban and there was no mention of a goodbye of any kind. She may be back tomorrow. Pretty certain she's been crossed out for less than 24hrs.

This one was clearly a ban by a moderator. She was active through 1pm yesterday. When you self ban, it takes 72 hours to happen, and any posts within that 72 hours make the ban not happen.

since I have been on SS, this will be the 1st time of saying something nasty about someone, but good riddance to her.

Just a few days ago she said that she need to talk to me as it was an emergency on her part. I talked to her and tried my hardest at being super kind and caring and out of the blue she called me a faggot for absolutely no reason at all.

I was and still am very hurt as I tried so hard to help her and be there for her, like I would for anyone on SS and to be called such a derogatory name out of the blue was so uncalled for and so childish.

We should all work together and to be mean and nasty is no way to go through life.

It's difficult though- I came across a couple of messages that are obviously going to trigger and upset some members- saying you want to be kidnapped, raped and murdered IS going to upset some people. Rape is likely some of the reason some members here want to ctb. It's difficult because on the one hand, I believe in free speech but on the other, I think we ought to try and be sensitive to one another. Maybe it was a fantasy rather than an actual wish or maybe it was genuine. I don't know. Just felt that some of the posts were goading people (I'm not saying that was their intention). Sorry if that sounds unkind. I'm thinking it more likely they were banned but either way, I hope they are able to find peace.

Seeing that three days has passed since she made her thread about her being kicked out in three days, I think it's safe to assume that she's been kicked out already due to her account deletion. All I can say is good luck to her especially since she lives in that hellhole Commiefornia, and while I'm still unhappy and suicidal, I'm thankful that my parents never once thought of kicking me out despite being 34. I really hope she can pull through, although I really fear the worst for her. :/

I do appreciate what you mean- A form of internalizing maybe? I don't really know though- not a psychologist.

It's that difficult thing of where to draw the line. I really appreciate this place for being somewhere you can openly discuss some pretty dark subject matter but it's more difficult when the posts are short, provocative, blunt and sometimes a bit ambiguous- Not trying to criticize their writing style- it's just that sometimes I personally didn't quite know how to interpret some of the posts.

It's difficult- we have a right to think how we think and express ourselves but it gets tricky when it's a subject probably extremely sensitive and offensive to some members. The thread was closed to further comment in the end.

neither am i but i have done a lot of reading about myself and find it interesting noticing patterns in human behavior so if i had to guess, she was most likely dealing with some pretty serious mental problems (lack of a better word). from what ive read id have to guess her past was pretty shitty to put someone in a mind frame like that. basically i dont think it was legitimate but it was (i feel like theres a better way to explain this but im not really finding the words rn)

Agree, I find human behaviour interesting too. Most of my 'knowledge' comes from YouTube now though, so it's likely not that in-depth.

I've been talking with CatFlowers for the last 24 hours of her time here and after she contacted me. We never spoke before. She was very distraught due to personal problems. On Monday, I went to work and couldn't talk for some time. When I checked on her 2 hours later during break, she already was deleted/deactivated. I am very worried because Catflowers was in a difficult position, in a lot of pain and wavering between wanting to live and wanting to die. If she made any decision, it wasn't made in peace. I wish it hasn't come to this.
Catflowers, if you ever read this – I'm thinking of you and you can reach out to me whenever. I hope that things got better for you, or will – one way or another I wish you all the best.

RIP catflowers I only spoke 1 time to her and that was the day before she got deleted. She told me she will likely get kicked out by her father the next day and if she would SN ctb.
