Persuasion really only works if you have something to offer in return. Pressuring for it more will make your DS situation worse.
Either wait till she doesn't care to keep it confiscated anymore or offer things in return, e.g. doing tasks around the house. The latter you don't want to do, so that's out of the equation.

Try to not let her see it bothers you. Sounds like she is trying to get a reaction out of you.
Don't bring it up, don't mention it, she then might give it back to you to elicit a response.
Just say "Oh, okay thanks." Like you're not bothered, she'll think it's worthless to take it off you again.
In the meantime just find something else to take your interest, doesn't matter what, let her see you don't need your DS, it'll annoy her at the very least.

She took it away a few months ago (like back in January)

Can you ask her what she's trying to accomplish by keeping it confiscated? If you can accomplish that thing without it being confiscated, there wouldn't be a reason to keep it.
More long term, a job to put a stop to your reliance on her might be worth reconsidering.

I thought you weren't doing anything given your last interaction with her. Are you getting anything from doing the chores (money, items, etc). Is she still blabbing on about getting a job?

No, I do chores. I don't get anything from doing them though. My mom says that I'm earning my meals and right to stay here (at home). Yeah, she blabbles on about getting a job but not as much as before. My sister tells my mom to just kick me out so I can't pull any tricks like taking her stuff as a bargaining chip or any other dumb shit like that. They also berate me about not doing more chores. They say that I need to contribute more

Do you have any money at all? Is eBay in your state any good? I got a 3DS for dirt cheap a few years ago but good luck hiding the package if it comes to the door.

At least she's laid off the blabbing non stop. Problem is your sister is now joining in which she wasn't before. She talks as if it's best just to put a gun to your head and then the problem doesn't exist anymore (in her mind).

I don't mean this in a bad way (as we've all got our own fucked up genes) but your family is truly cooked lol.

I do have money but I'm saving it for assisted suicide (it's still my ideal method even though it's very unlikely to get approved for) so I don't want to spend any of it. I want it to accumulate as much interest as possible

I mean a DS isn't going to be more than £120/$140 most likely. At least it's a cope to pass time.

Approval for that stuff is brutal. If you don't have some sort of "extreme" disability or neurological issue then it's hard. It's hard enough just to get disability money from the government, never mind something like that.

It's all copium though. I wouldn't mind dipping into a fund if it meant it would erase hundreds of hours of time.
