A lot of the times, when I'm angry about the wrong someone did... like bullying among other things that made my life hell, and become vengeful, but unfortunately can't do anything about it as it's either practically impossible or forbidden, I get told that the best way to get revenge is to outlive and to become more successful than them. Unfortunately, in a world like this, where things are random and how luck is a very major factor on how things go for each and every individual, but more or less in favor of the advantaged, that is going to be very unlikely. Deep down, I know if I see how they're doing in their lives in some way, I know I'm probably gonna lose it. But as I think more and more about this shower thought, I realize that none of that's really going to matter. Because in the end, everyone who lives is destined to go through the same fate. Death. Usually a long drawn-out death that may be undignifying or perhaps even painful. With that, I'd rather let them outlive me. Not only that, everything they've ever achieved or did will all be for nothing because they will die. That's the joke of it all. That's the perfect revenge. Of course, I'm not talking about pulling a 13 reasons why, killing myself for the sake of revenge. That's still pretty dumb. Having people know I've caught the bus does little to nothing, and it's pointless to try getting someone to feel guilty as most of the time, it won't work. What I'm trying to say is dying on one's own terms, vs dying a slow death in a cesspool of a world like many others is the perfect means of having the last laugh. They don't have to know, no one has to be involved. This is more like an inside joke of a god.
