I have a lot of issues, one of which is abuse. I took a psychedelic drug recently and I remembered or think I remembered sexual relationships between me and my family members. I don't know if they are real memories, but they seem real and it is scaring me. I have memories of jerking off my dad and raping my sister and I don't know what to think or do. I want to talk with them about it but I'm scared.

I know I can just blame it on the drug, but I have a strong feeling they may be real. I feel like I put these memories away and the drug brought them back to the surface if that makes sense. I really need therapy. Bad.

I'd err on the side of caution here. It's likely that the psychadelics did cause some effect and, under the influence, anything you remembered can be seen as figurative rather than literal. This would be akin to dream symbology.
