Purely for Information, not intended to discourage or encourage anyone's future plans.
I've just been informed of a friend's partner who attempted to ctb in Scotland by jumping from Dumbarton Rock in Strathclyde. I've been there years ago and it's about 250 feet high onto a mainly rocky or beach landing area.
Point is that he is currently being treated for life changing injuries, including a broken back, two broken legs, fractured ribs and internal injuries.
I'm just putting this up to hopefully remind fellow members of the potential problems if going from too low a height. To be honest, having been to the site in the past, it would have seemed to have been likely to prove a fatal jump.
