Can I replace benzos for any OTC medications for SN method? I was thinking of doing it without them, or try and lie to a therapist but it will take me some more time. I had an idea of replacing it with risperdal which is prescribed to me as a sedative?
I would recommend getting anti-ems instead of benzos, as without them the sn method is less likely to work. It's more important to keep the sn in your stomach than to feel calm. Also, you can get anti-ems from online pharmacies, so you don't have to go to a therapist to get them.
