The proper fitting would be relative to the region where it was purchased. [removed due to sourcing] has some prefab options available tailored to the region of purchase, but at an increased cost compared to if you piece them together direct from suppliers. Hope you can successfully find the parts you need.
As the user above me said, [removed due to sourcing] has what you need but I have to say it's about 4 times as expensive as buying it in a store. Which already isn't cheap. If you're using nitrogen you likely won't find a nitrogen regulator easily but you can use an argon regulator without issue on a nitrogen tank, and those are easy to find at welding supply stores. Harbor Freight has a good one if you live in US.
From searching some previous posts, it looks like you are wanting a BS341 No. 3 connector for the regulator for the UK region. This might be marked on the tank and obviously something you would want to confirm before any purchase. To clarify I have no first hand knowledge with setting up the N2EB but have been reading quite a bit on it and leaning towards it as the chosen method.
