how can we reduce the pain ( the Pain that enters to the front of the neck and airways and trachea ) of hanging ?
for example look at this video this man is really suffocating and suffering until a time he loses consciousness.

Seems to be taken offline, can you explain in detail what happened, according to the comments he tried to get off it after a few seconds? How long til he was unconscious?
I think he is unconscious from 45 seconds onwards so won't be feeling anything.
How can you tell???

This was a good partial, especially considering the make-shift looking rope and anchor point used. On par with the just-do-it-guy. Wouldn't have been faster if a bjj black belt choked him out.

This was an expert-level partial, especially considering the make-shift looking material used. On par with the just-do-it-guy, he was out in like five seconds. Wouldn't have been faster if a black belt rear-naked choked him.
what do you mean expert level or material?

His facial expression drops and instead of trying to grab at the rope his arms stop and just rise every now and then as we see on many hangings.

Tried to simplify the post. Without turning it into a night-night this is as good as a partial gets unless we are true masters of partial and can somehow close the carotids without the trachea and still maintain pressure through the thrashing somehow.

Can someone explain what's going on with the breathing???

There wasn't a lot of thrashing just the karate dance but the breathing is weird for quite sometime.

Seemed really fast yes, but the breathing lasts longer why??

Guess the reptile brain was still kicking somehow, maybe some blood got through or the brain just prioritizes breathing over consciousness when experiencing oxygen deprivation. Some med student might jump in later, idk. Could be that it wasn't really breathing but just muscle spasms, tho, idk.

Definitely so much faster than Katie's although hers was full suspension.
Is the knot in the back? Also the rope seems not too thick.

It's called agonal breathing,it's not really breathing more just a reflex as the brain is still sending the signal to the lungs to breathe.

It happens a lot when people a close to death, kinda like a fish out of water.

Yeah it is gross but I like to actually see what goes on with different methods, it is obviously not like in films or TV and death is always ugly in some form.

Thanks, seen it in war documentaries and always though it was weird. So, it would come from the brain stem meaning that even when it is happening the person is completely unaware, right? Since awareness comes from a different area of the brain?

does anybody have an idea?
Guess we'd have to close the carotids without closing the trachea. This could be done by padding the neck in various ways or getting lucky with pressure/anatomy. I think padding along with trial-and-error would be the way to go for someone not interested in experiencing the pain from windpipe-crushing. We could also opt for less pressure on the noose in combination with this by distributing more of our bodyweight to things that are not the rope.

I've heard that everyone's neck anatomy is different so we'd have to try various things out on our own and see what works. Generally speaking hanging, partial or full, will be very painful for the seconds before unconsciousness. If no amount of large pain can be tolerated I'd suppose other methods would be of interest.

yes that's right but This reduces the chances of the carotid arteries remaining closed and it means failure.
something that distributes pressure maybe is not a good idea.

I agree, with hanging we have to either prioritize lethality or peacefulness it seems.

If he is confirmed dead then this is still a 100% CTB and not an attempt though. Same with any method. Even if it was a litttle rocky of an execution your death is 100% satisfied after 5 minutes of hardships. With myself i keep thinking even 20 minutes of "worst pain ever" is worth eternal death to escape this bullshit. Most dead seem to occur pretty quick though IF done right like hanging, shooting, drowning, pills and so on. This is why we need to do our individual homework for death. As for pills and other methods you can add a pain killer to make it more "quick and humane". I'm using booze.

Someone could add blockers on their two arteries and leave a small gap for the thought. Like combining full with night night in an effort to have less trouble breathing to help fight SI.

Well great! Now I had to go back and read the comments! LOL. The same thing happens on many sites. All these happy or cruel people cant begin to fathom the hardships of another human. This is why we are the way we are. Selfishness and lack of thinking about what another person might be going through.

I can only agree to that. I find that very disturbing and disgusting.
