Doesnt have to be the FEDs, its could be a white knight savior type trying to play the hero and reporting you to the FEDs. The FEDs always use civilian proxies to secure convictions due to the road block of entrapment. I have seen the FEDs secure a conviction through civilian vigilante white knight savior types convincing a mentally ill man to commit an act of terrorism then reporting them to the FEDs. The FEDs dont need to directly entrap you, they can do it through an unaffiliated proxy.

Im sure a lot of people on this forum have been caught already and sentenced for telling people how to get suicide drugs, and the judge put a gag order on them so they cant use this forum or tell/warn anyone about it.

Maybe... but if they get you to talk about/admit to something you plan to do yourself as a crime... that's not entrapment. If they don't entice you to do it, merely get you to share with them your plans... that's another ball of wax.

In case you were wondering, you aren't a hero. You know nothing about the people on the forum. Have you cared for a loved one dying from cancer, begging for help to end their life only to live in complete agony because euthanasia is illegal in most states?

Let people commit suicide in peace. I agree. People could have tried and tried everything and even after 20 years might not get better or it could be a terminally ill person. I understand this person has good intentions but it's an asshole move

If the government doesn't provide an alternative (euthanasia) to people, i dont see why they should restrict stuff like sodium nitrite. Even if you ban it, people will find a less humane way. Rather go fix the problems that make people suicidal. People on sasu are often too doomer or negative, but they have a right to choose either to live or die. I myself struggle with this, death is the thing that could help me get rid of the pain and i don't need other people to do it.

Yeah it's really funny how the people who write about this space say platitudes like that but these same people clearly aren't listening to us at all. I just encountered another thread with an article about us and the person who wrote it clearly did not spend a lot of time on this site at all. They made fundamentally-false, easily-disprovable statements, such as that people here don't care about the impact we have on our loved ones. You can open pretty much ANY THREAD and almost IMMEDIATELY find proof that that isn't true. So maybe if you really want us all to start opening up to the people around us and you think that would be so very helpful...Prove it. Prove you're actually LISTENING to us when you come here and are not just looking for soundbites with which to support your preconceived opinion.
