Is it commonplace to post recovery methods, and if so, are there any decent ones?

Recovery doesn't reduce to method as easily as death, I think. Much of it has to do with your specific psychological and material situation.

That said, getting clarity on your psychological and how your material situation interacts with it is probably a necessary step for anyone. That's a lot of what therapy works to accomplish; learning why you think and feel the way you do. Once one has that kind of knowledge, there are many interventions to try, with the advantage of the placebo effect. LOL!

Sorry :(

Recovery is doing a bunch of stuff that makes you healthier, happier, want to live, etc. lots of small steps with an occasional major life change thrown in if you have big stressors you need to get away from

For me post attempt it's been moving back in with parents, making my home comfortable so I have a safe place to cry, getting out for walks every day, doing ketamine every few days, not spending too much time in suicide discussion places (basically I still come here but don't look at the suicide section very much), spending more time in recovery spaces, trying to eat enough every day, going to therapy and being open about suicide ideation,

A lot of the stress I had before the attempt has been removed because of the environment change so now I have the space to process and hopefully heal.

Being present, seems nothing but I see it's much

what works for me...going to the gym for the body. My inspirational, spiritual YT channels to listen to. If summer, sunbathing on the beach
