After reading Plato's post I am absolutely terrified. May he Rest In Peace. How heroic and brave. Anyone else now even more terrified of sn? It's all I have besides train access.

that's why you don't read or watch shit like that. while certain people may get curious, knowing the side-effects may inflict fear on ones susceptible to it when you just want to die. it becomes an unnecessary issue on top of all other worries.

Meto was used. No benzo or beta blocker, just to clarify.

At first I thought I wouldn't take benzos because protocols pointed out that they aren't necessary, but it definitely isn't peaceful without them, so I am now inclined to try and source them.

Will involve buying from a drug dealer, who will probably be a scammer.

It didn't seem painful to me? I mean I wouldn't consider shallow breathing, vomiting etc. as "painful". But this may be subjective because I already experience these constantly due to my poor health.

Yeah the time frame doesn't seem that bad from an outsider's point of view. I'm sure it didn't feel great for him though.

Even with his last breath he help this place out. What an incredible person

Doesn't sound that bad, if you ask me. The average flu sounds much worse: "Just puked 20 times; head spinning; can't sleep because high fever; whole body aching..."

And it only lasted for 15 minutes before he passed out. Not bad at all. Still a bit distressing that he puked 5 times (I'm assuming it was more of a dry heave) before passing out, despite taking AEs and fasting.

What about the breathing? Are you so out of it that it doesn't really bother you or is it that bad that you call out for help. Would
Benzos help breathing? Plato was a good soul.

The theory goes that the benzos will render you unconscious, greatly decreasing your distress.

People please. You are poisoning your self and dying. From what I read that was not terrible. Other poisons can be brutal. Even dying of natural causes isn't always peaceful. YOU ARE DYING. Not trying to start any arguments just saying you know?

The breathing will always sound like this when you starve your brain of oxygen…. Which is what SN does, it restricts oxygen from your red blood cells. It's not going to be an instant lights out, there is going to be vomiting while your body tries to fight the poison, there is going to be agonistic breathing, there is going to be involuntary movements.
He was unconscious very quickly and from the time line, he passed very quickly. 30mins from SN to silence - I think this is an absolute dream, especially when you compare it to other methods.
I don't think anything about his timeline screamed discomfort or pain. It appears extremely peaceful and I believe fully he had the passing he desired and deserved.

Let's not turn his timeline into scaremongering, that's not why it was posted and it most definitely doesn't read that way to most of us.
If you are concerned, read the SN mega thread about preparation to prevent as much as possible.
I have AEs. I will get benzos….

I think 15-30 mins of discomfort is a small price to pay to escape a lifetime of hell and misery! Plato was a rock star on sasu and helped me and lot of other people on this forum. May he rest in peace!

I'm trying to be so diplomatic because I don't think OP meant any disrespect, and I also understand people freak out a little bit but Plato and his two incredible friends shared this timeline for reassurance. I hate that a separate thread has been created implying it was a disaster.
If people are genuinely concerned, don't use this method. It's really that simple.
There are plenty of GBTs and timelines, one which you selflessly posted in great detail, that are so important and informative. Posting these on behalf of your friends is hard enough as it is, and to have someone create even a small bit of hysteria is just wrong.

I stick by it, I have read almost every thread on here relating to SN. I have read every page on the mega thread, I have gathered all the information I need. This is the most peaceful and quickest passing and this is my method. Death is never a case of falling asleep like a princess, your body will fight it and in Platos case, it was quick, painless and text book ❤️‍🩹

I agree with you 100%…compared to getting over the SI of jumping off a building or standing in front of a train this is by far the most peaceful method and need to understand how lucky we are to have it!

I genuinely didn't think you did meant any disrespect at all. And I apologise if I come across harsh as that is most definitely not my intention. I think we all have inner battles when choosing a method.

completely! I also have the fear of physically damaging myself long term and surviving if it was jumping. And as most have probably seen, I am a firm no on trains as I hate the thought of forcing someone to be a part of my CTB.
SI will always rear its head somehow, but for whatever reason, I don't have that with SN.
Salty death water (as someone referred to it as and it's forever stuck) - I have drank much worse at parties and coped with the vomiting and the hangover the next day.
