I'm sorry what you're going through is awful. As already suggested the megathreads may help here but yes I understand the situation is difficult and partial needs a lot of SI to be defeated. I hope you can find peace!

It sounds so awful being trapped in that situation, I find it so horrible how we exist in a world where humans create so much harm and where there is so much unnecessary suffering being experienced. But anyway existing certainly is so torturous, I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.
