I've decided how I want to take myself out. I want to poison myself and go out in my sleep. I dont want to use an exit bag or a gun. I want my death to seem as natural as possible so I dont freak out my family too much. Ideally I want something I can cook and eat, just so I can have one last meal and go to bed and never wakeup again. What are some poisons I can buy and where can I get them?

If you can get your hands on N that would be the best option, you just go to bed, take it and you fall asleep. Another option would be the CO method which is almost painless and you would also fall asleep without SI kicking in.

I just don't think suicide is as straightforward as being able to easily access reliable poisons and then just taking it and falling into an eternal sleep. If people could leave this world in such a way then this website would never need to exist, if reliable poisons could easily be bought like in a pharmacy then they would soon be restricted as this society is very anti-suicide. I also wish that suicide was much easier and I hate how we cannot just easily leave this world in a peaceful way but sadly this is the reality.

Trumpet flower. A tea with some of its leaves its a secure death. However one will feel uncomfortable while going. Also there is "cura frijoles" that they use widely to die and it works. Also some mixtures with some detergent. There is a lot of things that poison. But its not peaceful. It depends how desperate one is.
