I work in a pretty niche profession, there are only about a couple hundred thousand people doing it worldwide and I read an article about suicides in this profession and well it's actually really low. The article was very boastful about it and I kinda laughed thinking I might contribute to the statistic one day. Sooner than later I hope.
I assume there could be a good reason you didn't specify the profession itself in the original post, but I for one would be interested in knowing what that particular job is if you're comfortable sharing it.
Either way, boasting that a particular career path doesn't typically lead people to kill themselves is a bit of a bizarre flex for the author to make, haha.
