Alright SaSu, so unfortunately this is the best it can get.
The rope is not the best, it might be polyester (?) it appears to be braided, it's about 5 cm thick, so i doubled it up to be 10 cm, i tied a slipknot for my neck and for the anchor it's a bowline knot.
The anchor point is the bar of a closet, it's kinda sketchy because the bar seems to be just glued instead of bolted, i'm sure it can support at least half my weight (not tested for longer periods).
I will be kneeling on the floor with a pillow under my legs for comfort.
last time i tested partial i was using two rolled up socks as padding on both carotid areas, but they were actually hindering the proper obstruction of the carotids so, this time i went in without them, rope just below my adams apple using a thin cloth on my neck to not get ropeburn, with just one try in less than 5 seconds i started feeling the effects of lack of bloodflow.
I don't know if i will actually CTB this weekend (i'll see how i feel about it tomorrow) but it's reassuring that my setup SHOULD work. There are other anchor points but this one's the safest since it's inside my room.
