What I plan

SN - I'm planning to buy between 100g and 250g, which one would be the best?
Antiemetic - I have Quetiapine 25 mg, how many pills would I need to take for success?
Antacid - I did some research and apparently heartburn meds are the best and are easiest accessible. I can't get anything else like Metoclopramide prescribed. Unless there are other substances that work similarly.
Pain killers - not all pain killers work on me, but I will try going with Ibuprofenum because it worked best with me so far.
Beta blockers - tried looking for them but they require prescription and I'm not really good at lying to the doctor, so getting them is unfortunately impossible for me.
No sedatives.

Do you have a source for SN? Two major sources are down and no one knows where to obtain.

100g should be plenty, not sure about antiemetic, antacids and ibuprofen aren't recommended from what I can gather. Ibuprofen just isn't strong enough… you need a good benzo for that.

I don't know loads about antiemetics, but This study supports the use of quetiapine as an antiemetic at a standard dosage - this study noting results after giving 12.5g in the morning and 25g in the evening. I wouldn't personally take more than 2 or 3, since there's no real need to overdo it.
In terms of antacid, something as simple as a Rennie or gaviscon or something similar OTC would work just fine I would imagine
Painkillers aren't totally necessary, but I'd lean more towards paracetamol than ibuprofen.
If you can't get beta blockers, then that's okay. It's more to reduce anxiety and related SI than anything else.

Why paracetamol? Asking because ibuprofen works better for me.

I'm in Poland. I found some polish chemistry sites that seem legit. SN is not much of a popular substance there anyway.
I don't know where to get benzo from though.

Actually pure SN is very easy to get here. So there's no problem in that, I checked.

Ofc! I don't know much about that drug, but any nsaid drugs (anti-inflammatory, generally) can irritate the stomach lining. I personally wouldn't recommend any of them since this might increase the risk of vomiting
