People who haven't experienced major injuries/disabilities (whether personally, or by extension) are ignorant to what others have to deal with.
I, personally, didn't realize how ignorant I was before joining this forum.
Reading other people's stories about their pain and discomfort has opened my eyes more.
It's unfair that a person's life drastically changed so much that any options they had are now departed.
