I like the cheap packets of instant nissin demae ramen, I like all the flavours they are really tasty. Usually just add an egg or some meat and some chopped spring onion

love ramen, i like the cheap beef ones, I'll usually add some actual beef, mushrooms, spring onions, and some nori and eggs.

maruchan shrimp flavored instant ramen is my go to, but we have a ramen place here with really good tonkatsu ramen when i feel like going out

Love it, but here in India I can't get the variety of proper ramens I used to get in Chinatown back home in Toronto, or more recently in Hong Kong and Taipei, where I was visiting in December. Here we just have a brand named Maggi, but I make the most of it.

these past few weeks I've been eating buldak ramen every single day. the samyang noodles are too good!!! my fav flavors are the black bean, carbonara, and regular spicy buldak.

i have yet to try authentic ramen. :/

yea eat some from time to time. guess my faverite ones would be oyakata cups (especially kbbq yakisoba & chicken teriyaki) & the reg shin bowl/cup

That technically isn't ramen yakisoba is a different kind of noodle dish.

Ramen is a soup dish yakisoba is fried noodles without soup (Or at least the real Japanese version)

Ummm, i love eating samyang. Also, indomie is also tasty. But for me, it's too small portion. I'd like to eat 2 up to 3 packs.

I love mixing the beef ramen with pepper steak

I highly recommend it if for some reason anyone has leftovers from making pepper steak

Cooking/food is one of my reasons for still being here, and ramen is a big one! I make it often but I do my own broths and kinda just use whatever ingredients I have In the fridge. ALSO went out and got some ramen near Boston, lots of good places around luckily

my favorites are a place called ichiran, its a chain restaurant but they have really high quality ramen. my friend said its the most similar he's tasted to authentic ramen in japan.
the other is a place in japan village in brooklyn, ny. they make the best ramen i've ever tasted. the flavor is called black garlic tonkotsu. so salty and delicious, the chyashu is fatty and charred to perfection.

I love ramen so much, and eating is a bit of a sore topic lately. big foodie and have been punishing myself by not eating, lost 20 lbs In a yr and a half. But to encourage myself ill be posting my ramens here as in anspo for myself maybee? Idk myabe its silly but i want to make these things last i guess

For instant ramen, I like Nongshim Chapaghetti, Shin Black, Buldak Carbonara (with less sauce cuz I can't take the heat), and Kang Shi Fu Braised Beef.

For real ramen, I like Ramen Misoya, Ippudo, Ichiran and Tonchin.

I like Ichiran as well. What's the place in Brooklyn?
