Hope this is right, wasn't sure to put method or discussion.
I come back to partial and suspension because people die from them. I can tie a slipknot but not when distressed, I must practice more. I am trying to save up 50 olanzapine, I currently have 13, it's hard, I get them twice weekly so it's frustrating and been having bad days so have taken 3 and 3 different days. I'm currently starving myself, I often try and bring on refeeding syndrome, it's just something to pass the time.
I like the tourniquet method. It does seem possible but I think will I have the same problem I do with partial in that I don't get the cartoid arteries.
I'm finding it frustrating looking through posts and not retaining the information. I get muddled alot.
My questions:
1)How in very simple terms do I find the cartioid arteries (I know this has been answered lots!)
2)How can I avoid feeling like Im strangling to death - with partial, is it the same feeling with tourniquet method?
3)Is there anything I can get in the uk otc to avoid vomiting? Dr's won't give me anything. Or reputable sites?
I know od's aren't reliable. I'd be using in conjuction with tourniquet or partial I suspect....
I have to be able to go from when I take the olanzapine because it'll be quick.
I don't have alot of time, I'm not wanting to mess around trying all the nonsense about getting better when I know the impact it has on others and me.
Oh, and there is a site in the Netherlands that allow euthanasia for people with mental and physical illnesses.
