Following Stan's Guide to SN, he states that an antimietic is essential. In the Stat Dose version 30g metoclopramide is mentioned, however he also mentioned that if we have access to certain types of antipsychotics (luckily I have to take a lot, and I have acccess to Olanzapine), it will be enough too.
In the description he said that 21 nm Olanzapine is recommended (but thats a different measure scale, I am pretty sure that he meant nanomole, and not milligram) How can I calculate, how many mg Olanzapine do I need that would be equal to 30 mg metoclopramide? Can you guys help?
