If your question is "Is full suspension hanging better for massively overweight people than partial hanging?" the answer is, it depends. The biggest difference between FSH and partial hanging is that FSH is harder to set up. If you're overweight already, you're going to need a strong ligature anyway, so if you want to do a bit extra to set up FSH, it's not going to be that much more difficult.
(I think, at least. I'm quite underweight and have only ever done partial hanging.)

I feel like it might be more painful if you weigh more because of the weight of the extra pressure. But maybe the extra weight could make you pass out faster? Little worried about it too because I've recently lost a considerable amount of weight but still considered overweight for my height..Similar threads
