I've read that a stat dose of 60mg Reglan 40 minutes before the consumption of N is sufficient to prevent vomiting. I would like some independent verification on this, and what the possible side-effects could be from doing this. Also, it is absolutely necessary to take 60mg? Can I take a slightly lower stat dose, or does that defeat the purpose?

Hello Guest, Another update, OFCOM has reached out directly. We have made the decision to make all content unavailable in the UK for the time being. I believe Dignitas uses a stat dose of 40 mg Reglan before N.
I've taken D2 antagonists in the past for a digestive condition, so I'm very familiar with these medications. I have absolutely no idea why it's recommended to begin anti-emetics 36-48 hours before taking the lethal drugs, since tolerance can start building even after the first dose. I'm planning on a stat dose. Maybe an initial dose 8 hours before and then a stat dose, but no more than that.
There are people who successfully take N without an anti-emetic, so it's not 100% necessary.

dignitas uses 30 mg liquid paspartin .
heard people say 30mg is plenty others say 40 . ppeh says 60 unsure about amount to take and worried it has adverse effect on me never taken it before ,im more afraid of taking the anti emetic than drinking the N .
If was just case drinking the N id have done it by now ,amy knowlegable advice appreciated thanks .
