I looked a Stan's guide : https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/stans-guide-to-sn.27535/

I have a prescription called trazodone that's used as a sedative off-label. Can that work? If so, how much would I need? I know the PPH has recommended trazodone for use with N to ctb.

I also have hydroxyzine pamoate which is for anxiety. It's not a beta-blocker but can this work in place of a beta-blocker? If so, how much would I need?
