Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So I've been practicing a lot (not really practicing but mostly finding a position etc) and I still don't get it. I read the thread but many things remain unclear to me... Really sorry if the following questions are repetitive...

- The correct position of the body ?

- Also, I've read a lot of people writing about their lost of consciousness while training. To me, that make no sense. If they loose consciousness, why didn't they die ?

- Is having a loop around the head that does NOT touch the back of the neck ok ? (Loop being directly attached to the anchor point, not around my head)

- And last but not least, can we have brain damages only for having practicing too much?

Thanks a lot for your answers if they come.

P.S : I hope my english is understandable (maybe this is why many things remain unclear to me)...
Anyone pliiiz ? 🥲
