Is there any reason not to use meds as a backup/failsafe to the CO method? If you were planning CO method with a grill, is there any conflict with having a lot of Amitriptyline, Cimetidine or Flexeril in your system? Provided the drugs take effect after you've completed a proper setup.. Just in case the level of CO was not enough to finish the job. Ive read it's not good to drink alcohol when using CO. Meters that read to 10,000 are very difficult to get. Thoughts?

I don't think you need drugs as a back up method if you do it correctly. Also the drugs you listed probably won't do anything except cause you some discomfort/ pain if you take too much. Drinking alcohol can definitely help you feel more relaxed and at peace. Best of luck,

Are you US? They're out there. They're not cheap, though. But, a very worthwhile investment, IMO. It's like having insurance. I can't comment on the pills you mention, as I know nothing about them. I think anything taken to reduce anxiety would be OK.

Don´t agree. When you use a high quality lump coal and a high quality BBQ, such as a Weber® kettle grill or better two, as a backup/failsafe, each with the required amount of coal, you should achieve 10,000 ppm. I would suggest to use a CO meter that goes up to 10.000 ppm or higher.
