It could be loud in an enclosed environment except you want put on music or shut the door

Put on music, shut the door, lock the door, barricade the door. Then muffle yourself with something if you're still worried about that.

Unfortunately music is not an option at night. Only pretending I have intoxication from food or new antidepressant I've started recently. Just in case it can be loud...((
