PPH recomends 500mg, i really don't know if it's better to take all the benzos you have together with the SN because it might increase the chances of vomiting, or if it's better to take the maximum amount that doesn't make you pass out just to get rid of the SI.Depends on your experience with benzos. If you have none, you should test to see how it affects you in lower doses like normal ones first. Though, make sure to reset your tolerance between tests and final exam.
Normally, that amount would still be plenty to help you lose consciousness quicker and help curb SI if taken before.
Do plenty of research before you commit to it if you have the luxury of time!
