Question about sn method

Hi, I am considering the sn method, but unfortunately I can't get strong sedatives. What do you think about SUPRASTIN? It has a good sedative effect, I tried 100 mg and it relaxed me a lot. Maybe this is a stupid question, but I am not a doctor.

You don't need really need sedative for SN, they might make you lose consciousness slightly faster but won't change much overall, SN causes loss of consciousness fairly quickly as-is. I don't know anything about suprastin but the biggest risks of sedatives are either losing consciousness before you can take the sn (only likely if you take a huge dose) or vomiting (for ones that can cause nausea). Otherwise it probably doesn't make a big difference.

But the depression of the central nervous system is one of the most important, I will even refuse painkillers (it is not recommended to take them together with sedatives) in order to lose consciousness faster. In addition, the nervous system reacts poorly to danger under sedatives and you will have less panic, anxiety, which greatly interferes and provokes people to call emergency services because of SI. I consider this the most important medicine, along with antiemetics. I also think that the chance of survival decreases, you will die faster due to the weakening of the compensatory systems of the body.
