Discussion Pushed to ctb

I feel like everyone who says they "care" have unintentionally pushed me further and further to want to ctb . Does anyone else feel the same?

It's possible that you wish they'd care more or care in a different way or show it more? I think that is totally understandable and valid.
But I'd add that: it doesn't mean they don't really care.

I agree. I also remember a former employer of mine and his wife at a company dinner party. She was unhappy he wasn't showing her love. But he was quite an affectionate person. It is just that he wasn't very expressive in general. Actions can also be an expression of care, even if our friends and relatives are not good with words. Then there are also people who do care but for one reason or another, we never get to see that (e.g., they have their own issues, are very introverted, etc.).
