I recently got prescribed propranolol and I was wondering how much I would need to use if I used SN. I've tried reading the SN megathreads but I couldn't really find a clear answer

It's purpose (in part) is to relieve anxiety so whatever has been prescribed for you personally would be the best dose. 10mg-40mg is recommended to alleviate physical symptoms of anxiety. I use 40mg myself and take it an hour before I need it. You could experiment a bit and find your optimal dose.Last edited:Similar threads
