we are dead without dying

I was well informed about propofol for a peaceful death, but the problem is the time and method of administration. If you lose consciousness in 10 seconds, a high dose of propofol given quickly will probably kill a person. I am going to use 2 vials of 50 ml propofol and one 50 ml vial of t61 which induces brain death in a very short time. But I'll think about how to manage them, that's a big deal

Isn't that taken though an IV? you can't inject yourself can you?

I am surprised that you have access to propofol. Are you a healthcare worker?

Just be careful I guess. I know that there several healthcare workers that accidentally overdosed on the stuff, so I know it is possible.

Wow, how did you get Propofol? That is a controlled medication. Must have some snazzy connections.

T61 could be very painful, be careful.
Maybe propofol is enough.

I wasn't sure about t-61, I had to google to find out what it is. Apparently it was or is used in animal euthanasia but it's not know if it was a totally painless method or not...

Each mL of T-61 contains 200 mg Embutramide (which produces a strong narcotic action and concurrently paralyses the respiratory centre), 50 mg Mebezonium Iodide (which produces a curariform paralytic action on striated skeletal and respiratory muscles and rapidly induces circulatory collapse) and 5 mg Tetracaine Hydrochloride, in aqueous solution.

There are two ways to CTB with propofol.

1- An infusion that maintains a 25µg/ml blood concentration peak effect. This is guaranteed to inhibit respiration for 15 minutes, but presumably hypotension and cardiovascular collapse before that will cause death.

2- A large dose administered in a short time. It causes cardiovascular collapse followed by profound hypotension.

Propofol is my method too. So I made my own gravity fed injection system. Works with 3 x 60 cc syringes. I'm going to inject myself 1800mg of propofol.

Looks like they stole drugs from a veterinarian. The vet will get into some major trouble over this and maybe CTB themselves.

An infusion that maintains a 25µg/ml blood concentration peak...... 1-25µg/ml means 25 miligrams? 2-25mg/ml per kg(of the person who will use it) 3-accordin to concentration peak, how much mg per minute?

Access to propofol is very easy in some countries. I bought my propofol from the pharmacy. It is OTC. It is also easy to access in some Far East countries and Latin America.

No it is mcg. For a 100 kg healthy person, an infusion that maintains a 25µg/ml blood concentration peak effect means a flow rate of 120 - 140mg/min propofol. This is calculated with formulas such as TIVA (total intravenous anesthetic).

Not sure T61 is widely available outside the veterinary channel, but maybe?

The T61 is not available without a prescription in my country. Vets use it, but I can't buy it. Still, many dangerous drugs are OTC. Rocuronium, atracurium, lidocaine, bupivacaine, IV digoxin and IV beta-blockers. I've been looking for rocuronium but couldn't find it.

according to this, how much mg/min is the blood concentration peak for health person of 45kg?

Why can't just ingest it? Does it taste so bad that the tongue can't tolerate?
