After some research, I have located a reliable merchant who distributes propofol for veterinary euthanasia of domesticated animals. It appears that each vial contains propofol 500 mg and lidocaine hydrochloride 500 mg as active substances in 10ml (one vial). Would something like this be suitable to be used by itself for CTB, or used in conjunction with SN for CTB?

not sure. Is propofol listed as a PPEH method? haven't really seen any propofol CTBs

It's not listed on PPeH but it's listed as the standard procedure for medical euthanasia in Canada.

The drug that allegedly killed Michael Jackson :)

There is a lot to say about propofol but in general it is to say that it is more likely for you to develop fatal conditions from overdoses. Propofol is used for euthanasia but also to make distressed people calm down and knock out for a little (10-15 minutes).

'Of interest, blood levels of propofol in the majority of propofol related deaths were within or below the therapeutic range (1.3 – 6.8 µg/mL), indicating that the mechanism of death was likely due to respiratory depression with subsequent hypoxia'

The point is, it is better to use with SN than alone.

But if you are unconscious how can you be affected by hypoxia. Also if you take higher dose of propofol like for example 2000mg can't it increase level of propofol in the blood and lead to May be I don't know cardiac arrest while you are still unconscious? Please share what you know about this. It is my method. And I still have some questions?
Can it work orally.

According to my data no

Sorry I don't quite understand your question here. Hypoxia means that your body tissue has low oxygen levels, it doesn't always result in death. It can also just leave you badly damaged.

It is an aesthetic or, as it was called back in the old days, a 'sleeping milk'. Meaning, you will eventually wake up again which is usually rather soon.

It seems that deaths rather appear from constant injections that haven't been 'supervised' by a professional. So there seem to be more cases of death from propofol abuse than intentioned suicide.

The 1 year mortality after the drug got out on the market was 3.8%.

Anaesthesia is done by professionals. Therefore, I cannot tell you how much is enough, as I am not your anaesthetic.
