proper dose of SN in tablespoons

I need at least 25-30g of SN because I'm overweight. Can someone please tell me how many tablespoons that would be of SN powder? I know the liquid volume is 50 mL. I don't have access to the PPH/PPeH.

How many grams are in the package/bottle? If it's 100g, you can divide it by 4 for 25g, or divide it by 3 and then take out a little bit to make it 30g.

Depending on the brand, A tablespoon is around 16g, so you would need about a tablespoon and a half for 25g.
