propanolol od vs SN

Hi. I know ods are mainly discouraged on this site, but I have been researching and found many cases of fatal overdose on propanolol. only issue is, they're all research studies and don't show how much the people took.
I also have 2 sn sources, one which I have successfully purchased from before, however I was out the house when they delivered it, meaning they sent it back [facepalm]
I am wondering which would be more peaceful, I also have risperidone which according to vizzys sn guide can work as an anti emetic, but it's unclear what dosage would be needed, a ong with about 60mg of lorazepam. (ativan)
any help on which would be better is appreciated, I already have access to the propranolol but I'd have to buy more sn, which is the only reason im considering propranolol. thanks

I know OD is the least reliable method unless someone can somehow get enough fentanyl and be sensitive to that, but this might be the only option left that I have :(

I saw info about propranolol on this site in the past but I can't figure out how to find it again.

It's hard to die from propranolol on its own but if mixed with some other heart medications like digoxen or TCA like amitriptyline it may be more fatal.
