  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

When you ctb? Is it a concern to you if there's rope burn on your neck after you're dead? If it is, tape some plastic sheeting around your neck, use a scarf, maybe a thin towel, bunch of washcloths, old, torn-up t-shirt, etc.

Not if I'm dead but if my attempt fails and I survive.

Maybe I'm a little different than you, but when I make my attempt (not hanging), I'm not going to be going into it with any thought that I might fail. That's maybe just me, though. Only clarifying, but that's the mindset from which my previous comment was made.

I like the other poster's idea of using a turtleneck. That's good advice, I think.
