Preventing pooping after dying

I really don't like the idea of my dead body defecating after I die, because it'll be messy and dirty and just feels embarrassing to be found that way, even though it's normal. Idk if this is a stupid question but is there any way to avoid it?? If I like elevate my pelvis from the floor when I ctb by laying on my stomach and putting something under my hips could gravity prevent it??

It doesn't always happen right away, it can happen when you're being transported or back at the morgue. So CTB in a specific position would only help temporarily, if at all.

I'm not an expert on death poo, but I can think of a few options to consider:

• Fasting might help, but on the flip side it can cause diarrhea.
• An enema might help, but it would have to be a pretty hefty enema which would take a lot of effort and be uncomfortable.
• If your timing to CTB was flexible, you could just wait until you take a shit regularly then CTB.
• A butt plug could seal things up tightly, and there are even some specifically made for fecal incontinence. The size and shape is important or it will just shoot out when the shit puts pressure on it. Whether being found with a butt plug is more or less embarrassing than shitting yourself is a matter of personal preference. For some kinky people it could be a way of taking kink to the grave.

A middle ground approach could be to just eat light and try to not worry about it too much. The professionals who work with dead bodies are used to these things, so they'll have procedures to handle it safely.

As you said, it's completely natural for it to occur. Perhaps you could wear some oversized plastic-type briefs to contain anything that might be expelled, some that have elastic around the leg area.

I don't know why this bothers me also. Obviously you can't feel embarrassed when you are dead but still the thought of it is embarrassing while living. For myself I was just going to cut down my consumption of food, fast in the run up and take laxatives or whatever and hopefully it won't be too bad when it does happen. Isn't it funny the things we worry about.

It bothers me too to think about that. However, it is natural and there's not much you can do to avoid it. It likely will occur but I've heard of some wearing a diaper while ctb. Now, that may be more or lots embarrassing depending on you, but I imagine there's various options, even if it's just containing the mess rather than stopping it.

It's definitely something that worries me, but there's not much I can do to help. I'll be fasting due to SN, so hopefully that will have an effect. I'll maybe put some towels down? Like other people have said, it's not something the professionals dealing with the body won't have seen before.

I agree on these. I had to "" on the butt plug idea, but that does seem a possibility. Last resort an adult diaper to seal things up. Heck, we begin life in a diaper, why not end it that way?

Food for thought. Normal bowel movements do not "empty out" everything. When you die every muscle in your body relaxes. This means intestines colon bowel etc... the only thing that might work is complete fasting for 7-10 days. BUT your body will still have waste from burning fat and muscle. So there will still be waste just not as much. It's practically impossible to have a living body not create waste.
