Can i preserving meat or cure meat using laboratory grade SN?

Yeah, but why would you do that? The meats already come with preservatives, and it's a very low amount. Besides sodium nitrite being carcinogenic, I don't think you want to get a tumor.

Unwillingly I deleted the answer, but basically a lot of carcinogenic things are used in the industry, like for example dyes, the caramel dyes used in Coca Cola, but be calm, as I said, it's a small amount, very hard to have any serious side effects. And I said about cancer exactly by the amount, maybe you put a dangerous enough amount to get sick and not kill.
