Just going through the finals stages of prepping. I read the 2022 ed of the PPH and this is the plan so far:

- Fast 12 hours
- 1 hour before
100mg of dimenhydrinate
80mg esomeprazole
2mg etizolam
- Drink SN

Unfortunately I don't have access to a stronger AE, but PPH says Dimenhydrinate is fine. I CAN, however, pick up some propranolol but I'm not sure it's necessary. I do also have some extremely potent designer benzos that I could fit in somewhere. At first I was thinking of taking them after then SN but they would cause me to black out almost instantly unless I took a very small dose. Should I look for a stronger AE and grab the propranolol?

Stronger AE is highly recommended. A combination like ondansetron and domperidone is a great one, used for cancer patients. Propranolol will reduce the suffering but apparently you shouldn't use too high a dose

Interesting, the PPH explicitly mentions Esomeprazole in conjunction with SN.

Not anymore.

This is strange, I have the PPH eHandbook which has a publication date of 2022. This one is the essentials edition which is indeed different but also looks to be published in 2022. Strangely enough, the version I have has a note that says "some reports mistakenly claim that acid reduction is counterproductive as it reduces NO release".
